Return Policy:

I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied, and make sure you don't come away from your experience with a sour taste in your mouth. Sometimes this will include a remake, but should this happen, all extra shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Item will not ship before these are paid, and I will then provide you with a tracking number.

I reserve the right to provide service to anyone for any reason.

Shipping Policy:

I ship through Canada Post, which will come to you through your local postal service. I provide tracking numbers for all available shipments, and all items are shipped at the buyers risk. Please make sure your shipping address/contact info is correct before placing your order. All orders ship within 2-5 days of order placement. Customers must contact me within 24HOURS by email or facebook message (facebook.com/trippiehippiehandmade) to change address, and I am not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. If an item is returned to me, due to not being deliverable, there will be extra charges in order for it to be sent out again. This will be at the customers expense.
